Before: A Yard with Potential but Limited Usability
The original space was sloped and underutilized, with a patchy lawn, minimal plant beds, and a forested area that had grown a bit wild. While the view was there, the yard didn’t make the most of it. The client hoped to add functional outdoor space, better structure, and elegant features — including a fire pit, planters, and irrigation.

After: A Resort-Level Outdoor Living Space
With thoughtful design and expert craftsmanship, this yard was transformed into a high-end retreat. Here's what we included:

• Sunken fire patio with gas fire feature and steps leading down for an intimate feel with open views of the lake

• Dry river bed with a striking jade bridge rock for visual interest and natural flow

• Boulder retaining wall to level the slope and create additional usable space

• Wrap-around lawn and mixed plant beds, including shrubs, trees, and perennials

• Updated irrigation and rock beds around custom planters for texture and contrast
